If you receive your order and it is not as anticipated, please contact etcstockpile (email@example.com) to see if we can supply an alternate option, or organize a return.
Also, because we are a small (tiny) operation, sometimes we cannot update physical stock at the speed of light. Therefore, it is possible that an item is sold physically before it is updated as "sold" online. If this occurs, we will contact you promptly to see if we can come up with a substitution, or organize a refund.
Currently, we only ship within the continental US. (If you are outside of the US, contact us and we'll see what we can do!)
All orders will be processed 3-5 days after check-out.
We at etcstockpile want to be sure that your item is everything that you ever hoped and dreamed of.
Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email ETC (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the reason for the return within 14 days of the date that the item was shipped. Please include 'RETURN' in the subject line. We will then process your claim and respond with instructions for the return.
Merchandise deemed appropriate for return in un-worn condition, with all original tags attached may be returned for the current selling price, or exchanged depending on product availability.
Etcstockpile is not responsible for shipping costs.
Once your return is received, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment.
